| Dan, Yasmin, the Master (Doctor Who). Thouugh ordinarily The Hero of Three Faces portrays the Doctor's companions wearing the same clothes here as on tv for any given point in chronology, it's established over here that Dan does not wear his pirate outfit outside the events of Legend of the Sea Devils (2022). When I wondered aloud on Tumblr what, then, I ought to have Dan wear in cartoons set between his last two screen TARDIS adventures, user @animate-mush suggested I send him to the TARDIS wardrobe anew every time. I thought it a superb idea and I promised to credit @animate-mush with it in this space with the first cartoon where I use it. (In production order. There will undoubtedly be others drawn after this writing which are set chronologically following the other cartoon and preceding this cartoon. EDIT because this cartoon is set at nearly the end of the time period in question.) In this cartoon Dan is wearing one of the outfits the Doctor tried on after regenerating in Robot (1975). |
